The personal data you have given us are carefully stored and processed, in particular to allow us to properly provide you with services during the tour, to keep you informed about our future tours and related events and to keep track of the number of tours you have undertaken with GEOTOUR. Your data is not provided to anyone else.

If we delete your personal data (i.e., your data gets “forgotten”), you will lose the opportunity to earn special benefits for your loyalty. Depending on the number of tours you have undertaken with GEOTOUR in the past, you may be offered either a bonus during the package tour (e.g., a material gift or other form of benefit) or beyond the package tour – e.g. invitation to a social, cultural or gastronomic event. If you want us to delete your personal data, please make a written request. If you want us to correct your personal data, please let us know in writing.
